TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. RPM Training Terms – By completing and sending this registration form, the client agrees to RPM’s standard training terms and conditions applying to the provision of that training. RPM’s standard training terms and conditions are available to view or download at http://www.rpmglobal.com/legal, or can be provided in hardcopy or email upon request.
  2. Registration and Cancellation – Once registration is received, subject to availability in the selected course, the attendee’s place is automatically reserved and RPM will send a confirmation email. Course registration can be:
    • Substituted, transferred, or cancelled at no charge, up to 30 days before the commencement date of the course originally registered for.
    • Transferred to another course date with a discretionary service fee charged, up to 14 days before the commencement of the course originally registered for. Transferred courses must be completed within 12 months of the original registered course.
    • Substituted to another participant at no charge, up to the day prior to the commencement date of the course.
  1. Refunds – Outside of the above regrettably, no refunds can be made. RPM reserves the right to cancel a scheduled course at any time in which case any fees paid are fully refundable. RPM is not responsible for any travel costs incurred by the client if a course is cancelled.
  2. Charges – Payments made by Credit Card will incur a 2% surcharge.
  3. Social Media – Please note, RPMGlobal may choose to share photos and details of the training courses in social media. Should you not want to be included or tagged in any social media posts please advise our training team via email [email protected].
  4. Privacy – By submitting your contact details, you acknowledge that RPM will store those details for administration purposes. You further agree and consent that RPM may use those details for marketing communications about its products, services, events and special offers at the email address and phone number provided in this form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting RPM. RPM collects, stores and uses the personal information you provide here in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
