Véronique Potvin is Inventory Optimization Solutions Executive at RPMGlobal. She has a university degree in Operations Research. Having participated in many consulting projects in Inventory Management as both a consultant and an analyst, she has assisted many clients in the establishment of ABC classifications, the selection of optimal forecasting methods and systems, the optimization of inventory levels and the parametrization, implementation of Inventory Management systems and more.
