Caterpillar announced its agreement to acquire RPMGlobal in October 2025, and the transaction has now officially closed. RPMGlobal is now part of Caterpillar’s Resource Industries segment, strengthening Caterpillar’s mining technology portfolio and reinforcing our shared commitment to advancing the future of mining through practical, data-driven solutions.
